In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Policy
ImpeKable Flowers & Event Design offers local flower delivery from our DeLand, Florida studio to select communities throughout our delivery area.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
Same-day delivery is available on select days for orders placed before our same-day cutoff time and is subject to flower availability and delivery capacity. Available delivery dates and options will be shown at checkout.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions.
For gated communities or secured buildings, a valid gate/access code or other required entry instructions must be provided at the time of ordering. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will use their best judgment to leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.
We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive beautifully and safely. If we encounter an issue that prevents delivery, we will contact you or the recipient using the information provided with the order.
