Design Specifics: Our artists handcraft each arrangement based on the freshest flowers available, leading to variations in flower types, colors, and container styles. We are unable to honor requests for specific florals, colors, or containers, ensuring each piece remains a unique work of art.

Bud vase shapes may vary depending on availability. All designs are created in our designer’s choice format, using the freshest florals available within your selected palette. Customization or specific flower requests are not accepted.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
